4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are in the currency specified and exclude taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, including adjustments based on currency fluctuations or shipping costs.

 

Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order via the methods specified on the website, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfers. All payment details provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

 

Payment Methods: AOEL Aesthetic accepts payments through major credit/debit cards and bank transfers (including PayPal). All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: Products are shipped directly from Korea or our warehouses in China or Malaysia, depending on the destination selected by the customer. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and tracking information are provided at checkout.

 

Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number for monitoring your order.

 

Lost or Delayed Deliveries: If your package is lost or delayed, our Customer Support team will assist you. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or third-party shipping issues.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
