Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees associated with their orders. We do not provide estimates for these charges.

Shipping Methods

  • FedEx International Priority
  • EMS Premium
  • Logistic Services (Available in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines)

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

 

Prior to dispatch, we ensure full transparency by providing photos of your package, including its contents and sealed condition. 

 

Delivery times will vary depending on the selected courier, and you can track the status of your shipment in real-time via the Order List page.

Shipping Notifications

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a shipping notification along with an invoice, both of which will also be available on your order page. 

 

After your order is dispatched, the shipping notification and invoice will be updated for your reference.

Address Changes

Address changes can be made before the waybill is issued. Once the waybill is issued, the address cannot be altered.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your package is lost or delayed, our Customer Support team will assist you in locating it and resolving any shipping issues.

Import Regulations

Familiarize yourself with your countryโ€™s import regulations before ordering, as local authorities' fees or charges are your responsibility. Contact your local customs office for further details.

Customs Delays

In case of customs delays, contact your local customs office to arrange payment of any fees and retrieve your shipment.

Minimizing Customs Issues

To minimize customs delays, it may be helpful to split larger orders into smaller shipments during checkout. 

 

For smoother clearance, we recommend ensuring that the dimensions of each package do not exceed 25cm x 25cm x 25cm.

Needles and Restricted Items

For certain destinations, items like needles or restricted goods may be removed to comply with customs regulations. We will assist in ensuring compliance with the destination countryโ€™s rules.
