Shipping Fare :

Shipping fares are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are typically determined by the weight or volumetric weight of the package. However, by partnering with trusted couriers, we offer special rates due to our account, helping to ensure cost-effective shipping for your orders.

Shipping Time :

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, typically between 1 to 8 days. Delivery times are faster with warehouses closer to you, and all shipping options are trackable.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a shipping notification along with an invoice, both of which will also be available on your order page. After your order is dispatched, the shipping notification and invoice will be updated for your reference.

Import Regulations

Customs Duties & Taxes :

Minimize Customs Issues :

To help minimize customs delays, we recommend splitting large orders into smaller shipments during checkout. Ensure that no package exceeds 25cm x 25cm x 25cm for smoother clearance.

• Needles & Restricted Items
Please note that needles or other restricted items may cause delays at customs. For faster processing, consider removing restricted items or splitting larger orders.
• Ice Pack Request
While we can include an ice pack, we advise against it to avoid potential delays or customs issues. Most courier services are fast enough to protect products requiring refrigeration.

For certain destinations, restricted items may be removed to comply with customs regulations. We will assist in ensuring adherence to the destination country’s rules.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you double-check your order before purchasing, as the responsibility for the purchase rests with the customer.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases, and return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order:
